Poor network service. Terrible customer service by Miguel ((888) 800-4945 who does not listen to their customer needs. He tries to to respond to customer needs based on his best guess rather than focusing on the exact problem that the customer is trying to relay. He does not listen. We ended up closing out the phone account and open up a consumer cellular account. Buyer Breare !!!!

I had sprint for 17 years. My last two phones were i phones. I still use my iphone 5 at home, using wifi. I got jitterbug for calls. I'm saving money but in order to do so, one must make sacrifices. The phones are cheap junk and more complicated than i phones. However ill deal with it until i had enough and I'll switch.
