Jitterbug Cell Phone Review

I have had my smart jitterbuy phone for 2 months and hate it. Grandkids cant understsnd it, the help line cant understsnd it. It will not let me text certain people it will not let some calls come though & ring tone to low even on hi. My best friend has never been able to call me it will not go though. Some times it will text other times it says no server, battery will not kast a day.
