GreatCall - Consumer Fraud
My mother in law had a jitterbug. It quit working so they sent another phone and charged her.
No book on how to use it - oh that costs extra so they charge her credit card - book never came - after several phone calls book doesn't even exist. Turns out phone wasn't even a new one - it was used. She drops Jitterbug and calls them and they say you've paid for the phone so keep it!
Lie ---- now they continue to charge her credit card and she has tried to call several times, but the standard recording on their phone is that our lines are busier than usual so please be patient. This company is ripping old people off - this is fraud!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I have had other companies who refused to stop billing for whatever reason.
The best way (not the easiest) to stop them quick is to report your card as lost or stolen. the card company will kill the card in minutes and issue a new one to you in a few days.
I have found this the best way.
