I tried for three months to get my phone,that I bought from them, in the system. After getting two bills each month,and having to pay by mail i finally gave up.I canceled my service but am stuck with a very expensive phone I can't use with new service .BAD BUSINESS .Now I am required to put one hundred words before my complaint will be recorded.

OK The last customer service person I spoke with was REALLY REALLY RUDE.

BaD BAD BAD Service three months running and the to have to set through precious minutes of life to listeservice n to ALL the reasons I should NOT cancel their service and the final insult ! NOW I HAVE TO WRITE ONE HUNDRED WORDS TO EXPLAIN MYSELF AGAIN .God save us all form BAD BAD BAD BA COMPANIES That pray on the elderly .That's my opinion of this company and their billing ,and service department .Oh the person that signed me up was a great service person however one bad apple spoils the whole bunch
