The Same exact problem had existed with my wife's phone she too had from Jitter Bug.."Great Call". Their tech support told her numerous times "its a hardware problem" with apps.

pre-loaded on he phone and there was No solution but to "get a New phone" but she would have Paid for it along with a new service account. Great Call isn't into Customer satisfaction but Only Monthly subscriptions PAID.

And what ever You do, Do Not put these parasites on "Auto-Pay". They're Not responsible enough to handle such complicating monetary issues.

GreatCall - Terrible Customer Service

Very rude customer service. I am extremely disappointed with the inconsistency of customer services reps. One will say one thing and the next call will be completely different. I just call for an ongoing issues and had the rudest rep speak with me.

GreatCall - Static

after talking a few minutes, we have to move around the room trying to cut down on the static on the line. It gets so bad we hang up the line. I just experienced Jamie as well, this is supposed to be a "Customer Service" SUPERVISOR???? I have been paying for a device for my mother since January, we have never been able to set it up for her to use, despite numerous calls to this company that say they are fixing the problem but it remains inactive and unable to use.

I called to cancel the service and got Jamie, no wonder the reviews for this company are so bad, it is people like Jamie that give Customer Service reps a bad name.

#1 task to remake your image, get rid of people like Jamie and do real customer service training. they should be ashamed of themselves and how they deal with the elderly!

The same exact thing happened to me. canceled my mother's phone and they kept sending a bill and will not refund me from a phone bill of almost $400 that was not used.

Absolutely disgraceful and taking advantage of the elderly.

Greatcall Charging for Canceled Service

On August 22, 2017, I canceled my elderly father’s account and to suspend the automatic debit from his account. GC honored the automatic debit; however, continued to charge monthly for the service saying I did not cancel the service, thus, turning my elderly father over to a collection agency. I made several calls attempting to make sure the account was canceled after we continued to receive paper billing without success. My question to GC is this, “why would we cancel the automatic debit process if we were not also canceling the service??” And I might add that their telephone products are junk and not user friendly for an elderly person. My father never used their phone(s). My elderly father has since been admitted to a nursing facility. SHAME ON YOU GREATCALL FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY PEOPLE!! ELDER ABUSE IN EVERY WAY!!

AARP monthly magazine always runs TWO FULL PAGE ADS encouraging seniors to use Greatcall!!! So the seniors that subscribe to AARP can get screwed our of their money!!!

Shame on AARP!! When my 5 year subscription expires next year, I will drop AARP like a disease!!

I paid for their smartphone, it did not work, and I returned it per their instructions but never received the promised refund!! I have kept all of my paperwork and correspondence.

My mother's Bill started at 49.99 and six months later it's over 170.Per month for Greatcall basic ! WTF ?

Should I send some homeboys out San Diego way to do some recon ? Don't be robbing my home skillet !
