we are seniors over the age of 75 and we would very much like to see what we may be buying. I feel that is very poor to have a product that is nationally advertised in or with AARP that one cannot see or actually pick up and hold.

I was a vendor for over 15 years and as I was asked to see a product I woulds show the customer the product as well as explain the results, an thus I was able to conclude a great deal of sales.

This is something that you and your company should greatly consider...P.S. I do not think that I will or would purchase any product from Target when the sales person stands there in front of you and is too busy texting on her phone to answer your questions Thank you Will Williams

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $65.

Preferred solution: Hire some one that can give good customer service as well as give you a phone # to voice your complaint.
