Disconnected somehow from first rep...and felt there was a high chance that I was lied to by a supervisor.
Do these folks think we are all old without a brain?
I arranged for my elderly aunt to receive a phone with er button. Delayed because I was added as authorized user.
The second rep told me that the phone was never sent out, but the supervisor would not admit that. He apologized that they were having a problem and could not track the phone. He couldn’t or wouldn’t expedite another. No confidence that they could handle ANY emergency if they can’t even get us a phone or track it.
Lame apology. Reflected very poorly on the company.
