Greatcall - Robbing the elderly!!

My 86 yr old gather had overages due to his brother dying suddenly. His bill went from $45 to a whopping $324. .35 cents per minute for overages! I am livid to say the least. I told them they are ripping off the elderly! She said no they weren't! My ass!! I'm pissed!! They haven't head the last from me!

Greatcall - Holding for 30 minutes!!!!!!

My husband got a smart jitterbug for Christmas and all of a sudden it quit ringing..... you try his number over & over, it may ring one time out of 10, usually goes straight to voicemail....and now the wait, UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Very Disappointed
