Greatcall - Holding for 30 minutes!!!!!!

My husband got a smart jitterbug for Christmas and all of a sudden it quit ringing..... you try his number over & over, it may ring one time out of 10, usually goes straight to voicemail....and now the wait, UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Very Disappointed
