GreatCall - Terrible customer service
I tried to port a number from a land line to a Jitterbug phone for my mom and was told it would take 5-10 business days. I checked several timesand was told that they were waiting for AT & T to release the number- but when I called AT& T, I was told the number had never been requested.
Upshot is that three weeks later, the number has still not been ported, Great Call still knows nothing, and I have spent hours on the phone being told various stories about why they haven't done their job. The whole point was for my mom to have her home phone number on her cell phone while she was in rehab, but she will be home in two days and they still haven't done it.
Reason of review: Order processing issue.
Monetary Loss: $500.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
